Every sale is individually checked and inspected before it is dispatched to you, to ensure that you have a faultless product artist to artiste banjos delivered to your door. ANZ eGate™ :- SECURE ENVIRONMENT TRANSACTION PROCESSING ALL CREDIT CARD DETAILS AND TRANSACTION PROCESSING ARE MANAGED BY THE, ANZ eGate™ IN THEIR SECURE ENVIRONMENT. PRIVACY No customer data will be disclosed to any third party, (Exepting the ANZ eGate™, who manage all credit card transactions), you will not receive any unsolicited mail or contacts from this site. No Credit card details are stored on our servers nor in our premises. All credit card details and transaction processing are being managed by the ANZ eGate™ using secure encryption. DELIVERY TIMES We will attempt to process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery. SHIPPING Shipping within New Zealand by New Zealand parcel post tracked and verified. Please provide full address to ensure accurate shipping. In the event of a product arriving damaged it is important that we are notified within seven days of arrival. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS For refund or replacement 1 In the unfortunate event of damage in transit :- Refund, (excluding return costs and insurance). The item purchased must show no signs of wear, and you must contact us within seven days from the date of delivery. The goods must then be received by us within seven days of notification. All original packaging, materials, and paperwork must be included. 2 Include a copy of the packing slip or invoice and clearly indicate the area damaged in transit. You are responsible for the goods until they reach our warehouse. To protect your return you must use all the original original packaging materials. 3 Make sure you have insurance for the return for the full value of your purchase. Items must be returned with a trackable service eg. NZ Couriers or courier post. Responsibility will not be accepted if the returned goods are lost in transit. 4 Refunds take approximately 3-5 working days to clear and process. Credit card purchases are credited back to the original credit card. 5 When you place an order this constitutes an “offer to purchase”.
